Who is responsible

This website is operated by Kieran Jenkins, who is preparing to launch Jenvero, an AI consulting, automation and custom-systems business based in Surrey, British Columbia. Jenvero is not accepting paid work yet.

Information this website handles

When you visit. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages requested and the time of each request.

When you email. If you write to hello@jenvero.com, your email address, name, message and anything you attach are received and kept in Google Workspace, which provides the mailbox.

When you use the inquiry form. The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a project description. You can also add your business name, website, the kind of problem, a budget range and timing.

Submitted inquiries are stored using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. Resend, an email delivery service, is used to send Kieran Jenkins a notification of each new inquiry that includes the details you entered. Delivery of every notification cannot be guaranteed. To limit repeated or automated submissions, the form uses a protected identifier derived from your connection information.

The form has no file uploads, payments, accounts or marketing subscription. A website address you enter is stored as text and is not visited or fetched automatically.

How information is used

• to read and respond to your message or inquiry,
• to discuss a possible future project with you,
• to keep a record of that correspondence, and
• to operate the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Your information is not sold, and you will not be added to a mailing list. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential client information or identity documents.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or third-party embeds, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. Cloudflare may use technical measures, which can include security cookies, to protect the site from abuse.

Service providers and location

Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Resend process information to provide these services. They may store or process it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. Their own handling is also described in their terms and privacy policies.

How long information is kept

Closed inquiries and related correspondence are reviewed after 90 days, and information that is no longer needed is removed. Some information may be kept longer where legal or business obligations require it, including for at least one year after it is used to make a decision that directly affects you, where that applies.

Removal may not be immediate everywhere: service providers keep technical, log and backup data under their own practices.

Safeguards

Reasonable safeguards are used, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected provider accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, ask for information to be deleted, withdraw your consent to further contact, or raise a concern about how your information was handled. Email hello@jenvero.com.

This notice may be updated as Jenvero prepares to launch. The date at the top shows the latest version.
